I talk about self-awareness and applying what works for you and leaving the rest, knowing how to extract what's for you in a group learning setting and apply it, how the emphasis on things needing to feel good while you're doing them can sometimes make us feel like we shouldn't do stuff that's good for us when it doesn't feel good, pathological demand avoidance, being resistant as a client, when tough coaching feels like love, and probably a bunch of other things.
