My Fire bb’s, this one for us! If you have been a freelance/gig based worker for a long time and then transition into starting a business, you are probably locked in fire mode. When you’re locked in fire mode, the idea of stopping what you’re doing long enough to do something like defining your “why” or your “ideal client avatar” seems superfluous. But without clarity on what your business is about and where you’re headed, it can be hard to make decisions. AIR work isn’t a “nice to have” - it’s a NEED to have!
